When you sign up, we will deliver your 33 gallon industrial strength bags to your door within approximately 12 hours from the
time you sign up. We will provide you with as many bags as you need, throughout the duration of your service, provide you with
your pick up schedule and we will send you email reminders the night before your pick up day. Also, remember that you do not

Terms and Conditions: Recyclable materials will be picked up on a bi-weekly basis in accordance with the below terms and conditions. Residential customers must place recyclables at curbside before 7 a.m. on the scheduled pick-up day. Materials: The
material to be furnished Customer and collected by Green Queens, LLC, as a part of this Agreement is the recyclable material owned and produced by Customer. A list of Accepted Recyclable items will be provided to the Customer for reference. In the
event any material furnished to Green Queens, LLC is not an accepted recyclable material, Green Queens, LLC reserves the right to refuse that material. All recyclables shall be placed in an approved bag provided to the Customer by Green Queens,
LLC. All materials picked up by Green Queens, LLC becomes property of Green Queens. Agreement: Agreement remains in effect until Customer provides notification of cancellation in writing or via email to Green Queens, LLC at
heather@greenqueens.org or by calling Green Queens, LLC at 806-789-7329. Notice must be given within 30 days of termination. Payments: Service fees are billed in advance, unless the Customer chooses a Month to Month Agreement. If a Month to
Month Agreement exists, Customer must provide written or oral cancellation on or before the 1st day of the month in which Customer wishes to discontinue service. Liability for Equipment: Customer acknowledges that it has the care, custody and
control of products owned or furnished by Green Queens, LLC, and accepts responsibility and liability for the product and its contents except when it is being handled by employees of Green Queens, LLC. Thus, Customer expressly agrees to defend,
indemnify, and hold harmless Green Queens, LLC from and against any and all claims for loss of or damage to property, or injury to or death of person or persons, resulting from or arising in any manner our of Customer’s use, operation or possession of any
product furnished under this Agreement. Service Rate Adjustment: Green Queens, LLC reserves the right, with Customer’s consent, to adjust the rates of service based upon increases of fuel costs, increase in disposal facility costs, increases in costs due to
changes in federal, state or local laws, ordinances or regulations and increases in transportation costs due to a change in the location of disposal facilities. Written notice will be provided at least sixty (60) days prior to the effective date of the adjustment
and will not become applicable until Customer’s next billing period. Excused Performance: Neither party hereto shall be liable for its failure to perform or delay in performance hereunder due to contingencies beyond its reasonable control, including
but not limited to, strikes, riots, fires and acts of nature, or compliance with any law, rules regulation order, whether valid or invalid, of the United States of America, any state, municipality or any other governmental body or any instrumentality thereof
whether now existing of hereafter created. Customer will be notified prior to pick-up date if special circumstances, such as holidays, require re-scheduling of pick-up service. Services for the disabled: If any Customer is unable to physically move
recycling cart to end of driveway for pick-up service, Green Queens, LLC will assist Customer as need to pick up Customer’s recyclables. Please contact Green Queens, LLC to make arrangements.
